Landlord Ex Campaign
One of the key pain points of not renting a home is dealing with a landlord every 4 weeks; especially when that landlord is not the best of people to deal with.
This is where the premise of this campaign stems – it became an entry point for us to sell the newly constructed Masaka Fields from Remote Group. The client needed a hook that would speak to potential customers and the hurtful truth of their reality in context of home ownership.
We decided to highlight moments, in a tongue-n-cheek manner, of tenants hiding from their landlords. This campaign drove up inquiries by 30% in the space of 4 weeks from the moment of launch.
