Nootri Mama Launch Campaign
One of the key unmet needs in Africa as a whole is stunting which takes hold in the first 1000 days of a child’s life from conception all the way to the end of the first 6 months of its existence. This stage is so critical for cognitive and physical growth. And, this problem has plagued so many countries across Africa due to conflicts and economic shortfalls. Rwanda has also had to deal with stunting which has led to stringent regulations to ensure public and private bodies work tirelessly to alleviate the long-term effects on the young lives of Rwandans.
This is where Africa Improved Foods comes in. Africa Improved Foods, a subsidiary of DSM, a leading nutrition expert that is based in the Netherlands.
